5. Cancellation Policy

• Same-day cancellations may incur a fee
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the treatment cost
• Emergency cancellations will be considered case by case

5.2 Clinic Cancellations

• We will provide as much notice as possible
• Alternative appointment times will be offered
• No charges will apply for clinic-initiated cancellations

5.3 Refund Policy

• Consultation fees are non-refundable
• Treatment refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Unused package treatments may be refunded within 30 days
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
